Our project manager, George Wood, was extremely communicative throughout the process and has been very responsive in correcting a few issues experienced when the project was finished. Terry Gochenhour, the individual who performed most of the work, was very knowledgeable, respectful of our property, communicated what would take place each day, listened and answered my questions and addressed my concerns. He has great attention to detail. All of the workers who had any part in our project were personable, respectful and proficient.Should we have of a need of future renovations, Aspire will be the first company I contact.

I had my kitchen countertops and backsplash replaced by Aspire as well as wet bar and bathroom countertops replaced. I could not be happier with the process and outcome. I decided to come back in and edit my review after a few months of being able to look at the kitchen on a daily basis. The kitchen does look fantastic and we are greatly pleased with how it turned out so I added a star to my review.I debated greatly whether to give a 2 or a 3 star, but ultimately decided on 3 because the kitchen they worked on turned out pretty nice. The mid-range star score is mainly because of all the issues we encountered along the way! We wouldn't use this company again for any project.

Update 2023: I chose Aspire Kitchen and Bath again for my latest project - refinishing kitchen cabinets and remodeling the laundry room, including new flooring. Everything turned out beautiful! Want to say that the process was super neat! We loved having Brady, Justin and Jaime here for this last month, they took great care of us. They are very professional, courteous and take great care in their craft, and it shows! They took our 50's floor plan and made her look like a completely different house by opening two walls and giving our the kitchen the update it desperately needed. From the start to end, I have nothing but positive remarks. I'd recommend these guys hands down, and am eager to find another project in "our money pit," here soon to hire them again.

After doing some research, I chose Aspire Kitchen and Bath for my bathroom renovation. It was a very big decision but I truly believe I made the right decision for me. Callie came out and listened to my vision for my new bathroom. As she suggested products, I felt she new what I wanted before I knew what I wanted. Each item matched my research and my vision. After all products were selected Eric arrived at my home ready to work. The old shower was out and in just a few days the new beautiful shower made from porcelain tile was installed. Eric went above and beyond for the project. He was kind, efficient, hardworking—the best person I have ever had do work in my home. At the end Michelle went to bat for me on a final detail and I am a perfectly happy customer. In fact I just contracted another project with them yesterday. Thank you to everyone! Aspire Kitchen & Bath recently completed our main bath renovation. The existing bath was completely demolished. Devin became our in-house contractor for the project. We could not have imagined a more trustworthy person to "trust with our house keys", which we literally did due to being out of town for a week. When we were home, he was considerate to quietly go in and out of doors trying not to disturb us. Devin's work was top notch as well! The bath project turned out great! Devin mentioned that our project was his first with Aspire - they better hang on to him!

We contracted with Aspire Kitchen & Bath to update our kitchen island. It was decided to reface the island with stained wood. The paint shop at Aspire did an amazing job of matching the stain to our existing cabinets. Justin was assigned the task of applying the wood and his work was very impressive. With his woodworking expertise, Justin designed the island with beautiful trim. The completed project is fantastic! It was a pleasure to have Justin in our home and we truly appreciate his excellent workmanship.

We hired Aspire Kitchen and Bath in July 2022 to do a complete kitchen remodel.We thought they were going to be able to get started around October/November but unfortunately there were many delays and our project did not start until March 14, 2023. A week before the kitchen project started, we had a flood in our basement. We couldn't believe it. What were we going to do, delay the project (after many delays) or just move forward and deal with both issues at the same time, head on! Well we moved forward, and we were so glad we did. It was hectic during that time, but Aspire provided excellent communication and professionalism and made sure we were not overwhelmed with everything we had going on. Our installer, Dylan, was AMAZING! He is so conscientious, meticulous, provided great insight as to various decisions we needed to make. He kept the kitchen work area very clean, as he always made sure everything was picked up, vacuumed and neat, so we were able to navigate through the kitchen without disrupting anything. I would definitely ask for him for our next project.I'm not going to say there weren't issues that came up, cuz there were; our original design was for a wall mount stainless steel range hood but couldn't have it because of a design issue; mis-measured the space for my built in microwave, which led to having to create a smaller opening to fit the microwave, which led having to repaint that wall, then, that led to the wrong color being painted on the wall, so had to repaint it again. HOWEVER, Robbie, Paul, and Mark did not quit to ensure that we were happy in the end; even Mark having to build a faux cabinet above my oven for my vent insert. I know I can call them still for any issues that may come up and I know they will do what they can to fix it. 'We truly love our new kitchen we would definitely hire Aspire again and can't wait until our next project.Sincerely, Steve and Armella Tangeman
