Doug turned our dream kitchen wish list into the perfect design and gave us computer mock-ups BEFORE we even signed the contract. As you can see from the pictures, Eric did a phenomenal job turning that dream into a beautiful kitchen! Brady also did an amazing job building all the upper cabinets to our specifications. From the 10’x5’ island, to inside and under cabinet lightening, pullout pantry drawers, quiet-closing drawers/doors, and so much more. I would HIGHLY recommend Aspire for anyone wanting quality workmanship!

I had wood shingles removed from my ceiling and replaced with a drywall ceiling. It was dirty work removing them but Aspire had everything covered and protected. Starting with the initial visit through project layout, product selections, and project completion, Aspire met and exceeded all expectations. Our designer, Doug, was instrumental in helping us achieve the desired result for our project. George, our team leader, and Devin, our project manager, working as a team, completed the project without interruption. Devin's meticulous attention to every detail, organized work area, and daily cleanup left us feeling great about the progress of the project.Each Aspire team member involved in the project went out of their way to ensure our satisfaction. At the recommendation of our neighbors, we hired Aspire to remodel our master bath. It was very outdated and had some issues that needed to be addressed. We had gotten a quote from another company in Lee's Summit and were shocked at how much they wanted to charge for a complete bathroom remodel.During the initial consultation, we met with Woody Moldenhauser, our design representative and walked him through what we were expecting with our design. Everything went well during the consultation, and we decided to go with Aspire as the price for the project fell within our budget.We were initially told that the remodel would take about 2 weeks from start to finish. The project began on 6/10/2024 and we had met with Woody at the showroom to select colors for the vanity, countertop, flooring and shower walls. We had selected the shower walls to have a wavy pattern and were told the shower walls would be ordered to our liking.As time went on, we were told that the color of flooring we had selected was no longer available from the distributor and we would have to choose a different color. Woody came by the house with some samples, none of which we liked. We kind of felt pressured into selecting what was available, and we told him we would not settle for the color selections that were available. Woody then told us they were looking for another distributor and it would take some time before he would be receiving some samples. After about a couple of weeks, Woody was finally able to get the floor samples, and we made our selection.During those 2 weeks, the demolition and framing for the bathroom were done by Justin, the only person assigned to our job. Justin was a very amazing and knowledgeable person. He answered any and all questions we had regarding the entire process. I give Justin 5 stars for the work he did remodeling the bathroom.As he began to install the shower walls, we found that they had ordered the wrong style of shower wall, (smooth not wavy) and were told it would take about another 2 weeks just to get in new walls. According to Brady, the project supervisor, the wavy pattern we wanted was not on the original order, indicating that Woody dropped the ball on including this in our order. However, the walls were the color we chose, but not the texture we wanted, and we decided to go ahead with what had already arrived since we didn't want to wait 2 more weeks into the project.The shower door arrived, which Woody had chosen without our input, but was definitely not the door we were expecting. Instead of a door that was to fit the opening measured at 58.5 inches, they brought a door measuring 48". You could tell that the Delta door sent was a lower end product and had been purchased by someone at one of the local hardware stores, without even checking for the proper dimensions. I was told that Aspire did not want to pay the glass installers who they use to make and install all of the shower doors and mirrors. The bathroom was completed on 7/05/2024, but without the shower door. We selected a barn style door and because of the mistake regarding the shower door, we had to wait until the 07/16 for it to arrive for install. We had also ordered a custom vanity mirror and were told that the shower door and mirror would be installed by the glass company the same day. On the 16th, the shower door was installed, and the installers forgot the vanity mirror, which was then installed by Justin the project manager on the 17th.Overall, we are very satisfied with our new bathroom. Justin did an amazing job, as did Brady. However, we are very disappointed in the lack of communication between the designer and production of the items we thought were selected for our project.I would recommend Aspire as they are willing to work with you when you want to make some changes to your remodel but warn that you need to make sure that all of your product selections are included in the original order. Due to this lack of communication, a small bathroom remodel took over a month to complete.

Our kitchen remodel experience with Aspire was first class from initial contact to the final day. Our initial contact with Doug M. on their sales team was stellar. He provided us all of the details about Aspire as a company, the work flow process we could expect and the services they provide. Together we talked through the changes we wanted and Doug created a visual representation of those ideas using their remodel software. Once we decided to move forward he guided us as we made paint, color, tile, and countertop choices. Once the work began, our onsite team, Bob and Wade, were punctual, knowledgeable, respectful and left the site very, very clean each day. The work was completed in the time estimated to our great satisfaction. Aspire was not the most nor the least expensive remodel we interviewed, but they were the best choice we could have made. We will call upon them again to do our master bath remodel when that time comes. Thank you Aspire! We love our new kitchen!

In 2019 we started a remodel on our master bath with a different company. This well-known company in the area is one we will not return to.Fast forward to 2024. It was time to fix what the initial remodel company did not do well and to upgrade the shower. The entire process using Aspire was a total upgraded experience.It started with a phone call asking for a bid. Woody came to the house. Upon entering the master bath, he immediately identified errors by the first remodel company as well as finding additional glitches from the previous remodel. He was attentive, listened to the wants and needs and could immediately give a ballpark estimate of the cost of the remodel. The estimate was itemized so that we could choose what to complete and remain within a budget. This was much appreciated. Woody followed up a couple of weeks later, responded to at least two more email questions from us about his bid and the products that would be used, and was patient as we waited to talk to a few other remodel companies. In the end, Woody's attentive and honest response set up our relationship with Aspire.Within a month, a team of three, including Woody, came for a walk through to remeasure, confirm the goals of the remodel, and order the products. This was a great team who also listened, questioned to make sure the goals of the remodel could be met, and then emailed a rendering of the project. From there, we were invited to the business office to select what materials to use-specifically tile.Around a month or so after this the walk through, a phone call came that they were ready to start the project. On the first day, the project manager, Robbie, and an expert remodeler, Dylan arrived. They began by planning and walking through the project with each other before including us in the conversation. From there, Dylan utilized his expertise to build a beautiful shower and correct mistakes from the previous remodeling company. Dylan's attention to detail was noted with his careful measuring and placement of the tiles. We had a three-shelf niche. This meant the large tiles were pretty tricky to cut. Dylan was also cognizant to notice the veining of the tiles and place them on the walls so their motion lined up well. Any time I had a question or noticed something, Dylan would patiently answer. Quite frankly, he already noticed the issue and it was in the process of being resolved. The project was well done with great materials, and better craftsmanship.Once the project was over, Robbie came by for a final walk through, answered a few more questions, and taught us a bit about how to adjust the water temperature on the shower faucet. He also reviewed the warranty on their work. My previous experience from a different remodeler had them emailing the final invoice, no walk through, and additional fees tacked on without communication.Clearly, Aspire is a company that should be considered for your remodeling project.-Willingness to do any type of job whether it be a small job or really large job.-Treated every customer equally.-Clear communication throughout the project.-Excellent materials to ensure a beautiful finish.-Knowledgeable employees at every level.-Quality craftsmanship from people they employee. Dylan had to be skilled at electrical, tiles, plumbing, painting, ceiling work, etc. The only outsourcing was from Westport glass. You have to appreciate the use of a quality local company who also sent fantastic installers.-Zero surprise charges.Would I use Aspire for future remodeling jobs? Absolutely! I have to say, I would wait to team up again with Woody, Robbie, and Dylan.

Initial phase including design and materials selection started off well but as things progressed there was a sense of impatience at times from our project lead. He was very helpful in the beginning with color and material selection, but this faded as we got further into the process. There were a couple production issues right before the instal that made us wonder how well our choices were being noted by the team. Install team was very good. Had a single installer for our project so may have taken a little longer than initially expected but he was excellent. Installer was certainly detail oriented which we appreciated. The installation team was good about coming back, too, and redrilling shelving holes that were not at proper depth for the shelving pins. In the end, we do like the look of our kitchen refacing and cabinet build, however, I do not feel we would use Aspire again for a future project due to some of the late design and production side concerns that happened. If just rating the installation team, would give 5 stars.

We had our second major renovation with Aspire redoing our outdated kitchen. A big shoutout to Devin, George and Woody. Woody for helping us design and select materials for the remodel to stay within an existing footprint. George for being there daily to check on progress and answer questions and Devin who was the primary carpenter and installer of the kitchen. Devin’s attention to detail, skill set in all aspects of carpentry left us confident in how it would turn out.The integrity and trustworthiness of the staff and company allowed us to go out of state for a wedding while they continued to work on the kitchen.We would recommend them for any remodeling project in the future.

Aspire company did a total master bath remodel including demolition and new construction within the existing space.They met the timelines for beginning and ending the project notwithstanding the supply chain issues.The workmanship was first rate. They assigned Terry who worked solo on most of the project with specialized staff (electrician/plumber) assisting when needed. This one on one attention to the project was superb as we often made slight changes to incorporate the remodel vision.The only recommendation we could bring forward would be suggesting more detailed blueprints/working diagrams be available to the staff and homeowner.We would utilize this company again for future remodeling projects.
